Responsibilities 

📞 Handling Enquiries

• Answer all incoming sales enquiry calls politely and professionally.
• Understand client requirements, product specifications, and budget.
• Share product details and guide customers toward the right solution.

📤 Outbound Sales Calls

• Make outbound/cold calls to generate new business.
• Follow up with potential clients regularly to close deals.
• Convert enquiries into successful orders.

📑 Sharing Quotations & Closing Deals

• Share quotations via email/WhatsApp.
• Explain pricing, features, and technical points clearly to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales confidently.

🛒 Online Selling (Amazon, Google, IndiaMART, etc.)

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Respond to online enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Update product availability and pricing.
• Coordinate dispatch and order confirmation.
• Clear stock through promotions, offers, and online sales strategies.

📊 Sales Follow-Up

• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and client decisions.
• Maintain an organized sales sheet with leads and closures.

🤝 Professional Conduct

• Maintain polite communication with all customers.
• Follow office timing, attendance, and reporting guidelines.
